First time purchase. I am very happy with the 4-pack deal! My order arrived within days and the stadium balls came exactly as I hoped. The colors, design, and overall quality are top notch. 1 of the acrylic cases was damaged (presumably in transit) so I contacted customer service via email with a photograph and brief explanation. Jha responded very fast (within an hour or so) and said a new case would be shipped to me. I received a follow up email from Jha the next day who advised the case had been shipped, with the tracking number included. The replacement case arrived just a few days later. Can’t beat their products or customer service! I look forward to growing the collection!

Received items as promised. Great customer service when I couldn't get the order to show correctly as I wanted four of the same item. Just one slight complaint is that one of the presentation clear boxes had a chipped corner even though the items were packed securely. I tend to keep my baseballs in the presentation cases.
